Robipack Srl designs and builds machinery and parts of machines for the packaging and converting sector, with customized construction specifications requested by the Customers. Our experience comes from thirty years of work in the converting machines sector, such as:
- stack and central drum flexographic printers gear and gear-less;
- twin-shaft rewinders slitters, with automatic transmission, central drum and special customized versions;
- solvent-less and solvent-based laminators;
- rotogravure units with super extended drying hood;
- automation lines for the management and handling of final products.
Rewinder - Tow Cylinder
Example of Shaft-less rewinder with floor reel unloading system and pneumatic tension control system, integrated with towing unit with cooled cylinder and electronic load cell for checking the film tension.
Mini Roll Rewinder Machine
Machine for wrapping rolls with fully automatic footage, combined with a final reel packaging unit.
In the rewinder and unwinder, the sustaining system of the reels are of the shaft-less type.
Strip Dispenser
Special machine for the generation and application of adhesive strips for closing envelopes and / or bags.
The model is particularly suitable to be put in line with a different type of bags machine.
Stimag-Lam
One of our latest projects, completed in collaboration with and on behalf of GSF srl, concerns the sheet metal working sector.
We were asked to design and supervise the construction of a drawer warehouse for large sheet metal.
The aim of this project was to optimize GSF srl's production area to make it more organized and efficient in the management and handling of large-format sheet metal: 6000 mm x 2000 mm with various thicknesses.
Thanks to this project, the sheets are now stored in 40 drawers arranged on two towers.
Each drawer can hold 7000 kg and is picked up by a shuttle that takes it to the floor for sheet metal collection/deposit.
A dedicated database allows the sheet metal to be catalogued and archived based on various characteristic data such as: code, material, format, thickness, and surface treatment.
Thanks to this system, the picking of sheets to be processed is now targeted and immediate, allowing GSF srl to respond to its customers with more reliable and timely production times.
